Vector/Source files are the original files (.ai and .eps) in which logos are designed, allowing you to edit/resize the logo to any desirable size without quality loss or pixelation. These files are your business assets and used for printing and other purposes.

Each revision request is typically addressed within 24 hours, but in some cases, it could take up to 48 hours, such as during weekends.

Keep in mind that a "revision" DOESN'T equal a free brand new concept. It's a set of edits to the existing one until the order is completed.
